Flare’s is THE Best bridal store in the Bay Area! I had an amazing experience at Flares Bridal in Walnut Creek. Ray helped me find my dream dress, and I couldn’t be more grateful! She is so friendly, sweet, and truly made me feel comfortable throughout the entire dress shopping process. The shop has a selection of stunning dresses in all styles, and Ray really listened to what I wanted and when I found the dress she saw it in my eyes it was THE ONE. She even picked out the perfect veil to complete the look—something I wouldn’t have thought of myself, but it tied everything together beautifully. The whole experience was fun, stress-free, and incredibly special. I highly recommend Flares Bridal to any bride-to-be. They have beautiful dress selections but their customer service is beyond exceptional. Thank you, Ray and the Flares team.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Flares Bridal! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The boutique itself is stunning—bright, clean, and beautifully organized, making the whole experience feel so special. I was helped by Ayanna and she was amazing! As someone who hates shopping and trying on clothes, she made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. She truly listened to what I liked/disliked about each dress I tried on and helped me find the perfect dress in my first visit, and I couldn’t be happier.

Truly an unforgettable experience. As a first time Maid of honor, I wanted my bride to feel special in every way and Flares did just that. We were paired with a staff member who helped us pick the dress of my sisters dreams and she guided us every step of the way. After weeks of trying on dresses at several other shops, this was by far the best experience and I ended up with my dream wedding dress! My stylist was Megan and she was amazing throughout the entire process and made me feel comfortable and at ease. She executed my vision perfectly with the different gown and accessories recommendations and found me exactly what I was looking for! The general manager was also super helpful as well and very involved in making sure I was receiving the best service! I’m so excited to have found my dream dress and recommend this bridal shop for all brides to be.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Like night and day compared to the other local salon. I was assigned to Amy who was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. She made me feel comfortable trying on the dresses and selected additional dresses for me to try on. The aesthetic of the salon was very inviting. As soon as we arrived we were offered both champagne and water. My party was directed to a comfy couch and were taken care of by the other staff. Overall 100% recommend. I found my dream dress and left overjoyed.

Kinsley James was the last bridal salon I went to out of 5 and I wish I just went here first to save myself the trouble! Their selection is superior to other bridal salons. Their dresses are beautiful and high-quality. I purchased a dress, matching overskirt, and veil. Jila tailoring studio was recommended by Kinsley James when I purchased my dress and she did an amazing job with the tailoring, bustle, and helping me customize the overskirt. Look no further for your dream wedding dress.

Had a lovely experience at the bridal salon (the rest of the store was great too, but I was trying wedding dresses!) and found the staff to be courteous, professional, and so encouraging. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a wedding gown. I also called back a week later to order a dress after sleeping on it (I couldn't find the dress on their website and panicked that it was potentially out of stock or discontinued) and the person on the phone was SO lovely and helpful in assisting with finding the gown again. She actually had me text her a photo of the gown and found it immediately, then ordered it all over the phone for me. All around, this was an incredible, really lovely experience, and the customer service of the bridal salon staff went above and beyond. Thank you so much.

Seriously the only anthro store I go to. I went here yesterday for my first wedding dress fitting and it was such an amazing experience. I loved Hillary, she ended up picking a wild card dress for me and it was the one I chose! She heard my wants and found the one. I then proceeded to leave my shopping bag there and was so worried it would have been stolen. But the minute I walked in a worker was there to greet us and immediately helped us locate the bag they had put in lost and found! Couldn’t recommend this store more.

The best location for variety of dresses. Well organized and decorated. Staff is very friendly and patient (visited with by teenager) . Always a pleasure to shop in this location.
