By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks! From the second, I walked in the doors. I was greeted warmly by staff and had an exceptional customer experience the entirety of my stay. I wasn’t sure what to get and was recommended a wonderful matcha latte with Brown sugar syrup, and oat milk (which is delicious). I am so impressed, and hope the staff can receive some sort of recognition for this!

I rarely leave reviews places, but the staff here is always so consistently polite and personable. I don't get Starbucks very often, but it's always a pleasant experience when I come by this one- more so than the average Starbucks. Wonderful job at customer service, and thank you staff for always being so kind. Feel like they deserve a shout out!

Everyone here is awesome today stopped in for a moment to get a snack. Great vibe and I applaud the attitudes!!!! Thank you so much again for kindness and professionalism

I had an amazing experience at The Bloom, a fantastic Korean street eats place! We tried their Korean street corn dogs, and they were simply delicious. I had the Hot Cheetos Corn Dog, which featured a perfect blend of a hot dog and mozzarella cheese, coated in a crispy Hot Cheetos crust. My son enjoyed the Original Corn Dog, and my husband loved the Spicy Pork Bulgogi Bowl. The owners were incredibly kind and offered us samples of their Korean twisted donut, which was a delightful treat. For dessert, we had a Taiyaki fish filled with Nutella, and it was scrumptious! Everything is made fresh to order, and the quality is outstanding. They also have a great selection of Korean snacks, boba milk teas, smoothies, Bingsoo, coffee, instant ramen, and fancy breakfast waffles. Plus, they offer a variety of board games for families to enjoy while you dine. The Bloom is definitely a must-try, and I give it five stars for its delicious food, excellent service, and family-friendly atmosphere!

So glad I found a place like this. Absolutely love their original milk tea and their bingsu’s are also amazing. Currently loving their coffee bingsu. They even drizzle chocolate sauce around the cup and on top with a sprinkle of almonds. They also do takeout with their products as well.

This place is such a hidden gem. Everything is really good and made with care. The owners are lovely ppl. Il be coming back !

Relaxed atmosphere, perfect for coffee and one of the delicious pastries they made fresh. You should try anything from their awesome, not too sweet, and perfect size Chocolate Banana Bread to their Churro Bars (which are incredibly tasty). Any of their coffee flavors or natural teas. Ok, just try it, you won't be disappointed. I feel guilty for not knowing this establishment before. Their menu is outstanding. However, eat it quickly, or it will get luke warm. My new favorite coffee place in Killeen

Great hidden away place. The food is so much better than you might expect from a coffee shop. There is a lot of variety with the drinks so there will be something for everyone. The atmosphere is relaxing and chill, very clean and interesting artwork as well.

I love this place! Many vegan options, great atmosphere and delicious food!! One of the best coffee in town! Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Really enjoyed our experience.
