I can't say enough good things about Rudy's. We ate here twice during our two week stay in the area. On the first trip, they allowed us to sample a few meats before purchasing our meals. I got the brisket sandwich, creamed corn and beans. Yum! On the second trip I got the smoked potato with brisket and the cobbler. Both were delicious and I have never seen a potato that big. Even the toughest critic in the group said everything he got was amazing, especially the ribs. The banana pudding, brownies and chocolate pudding all got good ratings from the group, too.

We have been looking forward to Rudy's since we woke up this morning and thinking about some brisket. Y'all did not disappoint! The fixins were great too. Had some beans and tater salad! See y'all soon.

Had the Spicy Chopped Beef, Moist Brisket, Green Chile Stew and Rudy's Beans . All of it was really good.

Best BBQ in Killeen. We've gone 3x in the last month or so & this is our go to bbq spot now. Update.... Now its 4x & we went to the new location on rancier & it's very nice! Tons more seating, huge TV where everyone can see it, and you got to try the Nolan Creek beer they've got on tap too.

The food is really good! I had the mixed brisket plate with baked and creamy mac & cheese it’s well seasoned and flavorful. The customer service is really good too,they are friendly.

Came yesterday with my wife and the BBq was really good! My wife specifically loved their baked Mac N' Cheese and their Sweet Tea.

This place is fantastic! Another great small town restaurant with small town charm! Make sure to get there early because food sells quick! When we arrived at 5 they were already sold out of sausage and ribs! The brisket is literally bursting with flavor. It’s juicy and has a great crust. The spud is fantastic and could easily be shared by 2 people. The turkey is succulent and flavorful! And this restaurant is reasonably priced for bbq! They have great outdoor setting with a beautiful view of the valley! And don’t forget to get a cobbler they are literally to die for.

Brisket is incredible & amazing. The sides (corn & mac & cheese) are very very flavorful, almost a little too much for me but the meats are so GOOD! The peach cobbler was good with a very smoky taste. Apple cobbler didn’t have as strong of a smokey taste and was good. Everyone working there is super nice. They give a discount for military, teacher, and lots of other things.

The food is great! Solid bbq with a thick crust and deep smoke flavor. Plenty of salt for a classic taste. I had the brisket mac and cheese with the rookie plate with ribs, potato salad, and jalapeño ranch coleslaw. It was all fantastic especially the jalapeño ranch slaw as it is different than anything i have had before. I 100% plan to go back and try new menu items.
