This place has an AMAZING selection! My only regret is finding out about it recently. Where have you guys been all my life My go-to is the “Dirty Cookie”, which is an amalgamation of chocolate chip and Oreo. Cookie. Simply to die for.

Great service every time, mini cupcakes and lemon cookies are Amazing.

In March 2026, I spotted this company on my way to work, but it wasn’t until the 27th of that month when I was able to stop in. Pastries such as cookies, cupcakes, and cake are among my favorite deserts. The tsp. Baking Company has all three of these items at once. Upon entering, there was a fridge for storing full sized cakes, a display of cookies and ice cream, and a display of cupcakes. When I saw the cupcakes, I was surprised that they were all mini cupcakes. By itself, there’s nothing wrong with that, but part of me wished there was a full sized version of each flavor of cupcake, especially for the ones I tried. For my first time, I picked up two of these mini cupcakes. The first one I tried was their Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough cupcake. That first bite took me on a whirlwind of both nostalgia and sweetness. The cake part was reminiscent of the chocolate chip muffins my mom and I sometimes make for International Muffin Day. The frosting tasted almost exactly like raw cookie dough, and had some chocolate chips hiding inside the frosting. The Cookie Crisp™ piece on top was also a nice touch. The second cupcake I tasted was their Brownie Batter cupcake. On the surface, this one was nothing more than a chocolate cupcake with mini chocolate chips sprinkled on top of the frosting. Despite its simple appearance, this cupcake tasted to me like what a chocolate cupcake should taste like. The cake part was decadent and fluffy, the frosting was truly a marvel, and the chocolate chips enhanced the taste of the icing. My only complaint was that some of the chocolate chips tended to fall off. The establishment itself was inviting, and had a novelty flair that words alone couldn’t properly describe. If you’re driving on N Decatur Blvd., and you get a sudden craving for cupcakes, the tsp. Baking Company may be worth a visit. If the stars align, I might even stop by there to pick up my next birthday cake.
