I never once felt pressured by him to purchase a car. He asked the right questions, listened to my preferences for a car, and was patient. My impression was that he was sincerely trying to help find the right car for me. I did my own research and visited several dealerships to test drive cars. I could have bought a car anywhere. However, I received the best customer service from Wesam. He was honest and really helped with the financing options. Our salesman, Ian, was super knowledgeable about the Santa Fe Hybrid we were interested in. From multiple test drives to probably a 100 questions, we never felt rushed or pressured. They beat the best deal we had found in the market for the car we wanted, so I can confidently say we got a good deal. Not only was Ian great, but their GM, Mark, and Sales manager, Joe, made sure we walked away happy. Car shopping can be stressful and time consuming, but these guys made it a little easier.
