Heidi my sales associate was easygoing, helped me with the test drive, and all the paperwork to submit to the sales manager Izzy who went to bat for me when the banks were on the fence because of my slim down payment, and the negative equity in my trade in. I had a great car buying experience with Wesam from Gresham Subaru. Wesam was consistent and pleasant in his communication about available car options, over several months. I never once felt pressured by him to purchase a car. He asked the right questions, listened to my preferences for a car, and was patient. My impression was that he was sincerely trying to help find the right car for me. I did my own research and visited several dealerships to test drive cars. I could have bought a car anywhere. However, I received the best customer service from Wesam. He was honest and really helped with the financing options. We had a great experience with Ron Tonkin Hyundai! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and made comfortable. Our salesman, Ian, was super knowledgeable about the Santa Fe Hybrid we were interested in. From multiple test drives to probably a 100 questions, we never felt rushed or pressured. They beat the best deal we had found in the market for the car we wanted, so I can confidently say we got a good deal. Not only was Ian great, but their GM, Mark, and Sales manager, Joe, made sure we walked away happy. Car shopping can be stressful and time consuming, but these guys made it a little easier.

Buying a car at Ron Tonkin in Gresham was a stress free experience. Liana the sales person helping me was very helpful in finding me the vehicle I needed. Liana is friendly, knowledgeable and truly wants to find the vehicle you want without being pushy. I would recommend this dealership to all.
