Philip Alston and Kike Zapata made the process easy and stress-free. They are all very kind, and I will definitely recommend them.

My service advisor, Patti Torres, ALWAYS goes above and beyond for us! She has the best customer service and is always so attentive to me and listens to my needs 100%! I would recommend her and the Nissan team to anyone I know.

Outstanding service! They made the process of getting a new vehicle so easy. I’m in love with my new Tacoma!! Thank you Ron and Kamila and Joseph! Kamila handled most of this over text and communicated constantly so that when we came in person it was very quick and simple. Thank you for saving me time and having everything ready! Also, Joseph has the best smelling office you’ve ever been in.

His communication was great from my initial contact over the internet, to the phone calls and texts messages, to picking me up at the airport (out of state buyer) and recommending a friendly motel to stay the night at as I was arriving in the evening.
