The customer service people there were very professional and personable. When my appointment didn’t show up for that day on the computer, they were able to accommodate me with no problem. I had also been sent a reminder which was very helpful. My 2022 ram truck was purchased there three years ago and I have been using them as service check ups.. We have purchased a previous truck at a dealership in Albuquerque. Service provided by Viva dealership was superior compared to them. I highly recommend them and their service is impeccable.

Josh Allen was assigned as our Service Advisor and he was SO amazing at doing his job. He kept us updated on everything going on with our Jeep and thoroughly explained everything to us. Ricardo was the Technician that did the great work and he was very polite as well. Josh is very polite and efficient at his job and we always appreciate him welcoming us to the Service Department and Viva Dealership. Keep up the GREAT customer service Josh and Ricardo. We appreciate your hard work and dedication to your Customers.

I stopped here on a road trip and was so so grateful for my experience. The employees stayed after hours to help me with my tire when I was in a rough situation. Fantastic experience! Originally we were gonna wait to purchase a Tahoe for a bit and wanted to go test drive to figure out which model we wanted. Jamie was not pushy and listen to our needs and wants in the vehicle. We expressed our timeline when we were gonna want to purchase a Tahoe and Jamie was more than understanding. With the pricing and specials going ,we ended up purchasing with Jamie a few weeks later. The entire purchase experience was above and beyond our expectations with Jamie, management and the financing department. Bravo Chevrolet is worth every penny.

Salesman knowledgeable with the auto we were interested in. Christopher’s knowledge about the Tahoe was extensive. He was most respectful and keenly aware of our needs. He was also patient and most reliable messaging and phone calls. Well done, Bravo!
