I liked this dealership so much. There was no pressure and they were quick to help me. All the people thst worked there were super nice. Which is strange, you never get that and regardless of who your sales person was, the others were willing to help and a swer questions. We even got offered an ice cream because the weather was hot. Daniel, Q and Franky were good people. Very happy and I did buy a car. The made it happen and were willing to get what I wanted.

The employees have such amazing customer service. They really went above and beyond for my family and our needs. We felt heard and understood. I am so happy with my purchase. Can’t wait to continue my service in the future with my brand New Kia Carnival. I highly recommend going to them if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

Jason did a great job getting me in and out. No fluff and trying to steer me into a different vehicle or trim. Quick test drive and straight to the paperwork. First time buying a Kia and definitely will buy from Pomona Kia again.
