Wow. what a day. I woke up with a bad back, money in my pocket, and an irritated wife. We walked into Mattress Firm at this location and immediately were greeted by an amazing gentleman, Vincent. We left that place with a better mattress, no money in my pocket, and a happy wife (all that matters right?) But really, Vincent was amazing. He did not rush us nor did he try to immediately resort to "let me make a sale". Instead, he wanted to understand what we needed and then proceeded to show AND explain why each mattress was beneficial for us. He let us feel each one and decide for ourselves based upon the information he gave us. He's knowledge and kind. 10/10 we will be returning to get our kid's mattresses for their bunk beds. We are looking forward to our delivery.

Gil was friendly and very helpful with getting my wife and I with our bed selection. He reassured us of any worries/concerns regarding our purchase plan and any uncertainties. I cannot say how happy we are with how patient he was and not trying to force a purchase. Very accomodating and cannot speak of how highly his customer service. Truly a great employee, one who excels in customer service I would highly recommend this place especially Gil for all your mattress needs.

Went about a month ago. I have to say great customer service. Vince was wonderful! Made my family and I feel very welcome. He was very patient and great with kids! He listened to our needs and delivered! Knowledgeable and wasn’t trying to pressure us into purchasing something more than what we needed. Lots of laughter. He made mattress shopping fun. My girlfriend and I, came here right after visiting Sit N Sleep. Initially, she was interested in 3 different beds but none of them really engrossed her enough to buy. However, that changed once Bill provided great customer service. Bill greeted us right away as we walked in, and as soon as he was available after helping another family, he came and introduced himself, and asked various of questions to understand what she was looking for. He showed us different beds, and was very thorough and in-depth with his product knowledge which was really helpful and ultimately helped her make the best decision based on what we were looking for (attributes) and price point. In addition, this is a family owned business and the beds are made here in the United States which is a great benefit. All in all, he did a really great job showing us a variety of beds, based on different characteristics, price points and allowing us to make the decision without being aggressive like most sales people. He was energetic and passionate about helping us. I would highly recommend coming here and going with Bill.

We had been looking for a mattress for about two months. We came in not expecting to buy just to get price quotes. Bill took the time to explain each individual mattress and had great knowledge on quality and longevity. We had a certain budget and he was able to find a mattress that met our needs. He made multiple phone calls while still being able to attend to other customers but we didn’t feel unattended. His customer service skills show he is a great salesman and he made us feel comfortable about the buying process. We walked out with a mattress that we love at a price we can afford.
