This dealership is the epitome of professional. They skillfully combine their professionalism with friendly and courteous staff. Every encounter I have had with BMW of Little Rock has been beyond expectations. I have had at least one Bmw in my garage for the last 25 years. And I will continue. The service department. informed. They are very astute at problem-solving. The sales staff is exceptional. And last, but not least, the automobiles are beyond splendid.

I brought our BMW X1 in for service and the experience was amazing. I walked into the service department and Ryan was very welcoming and kind. He got me set up quickly and I waited in the lobby while the technician worked on the car. The lobby was very comfortable and had plenty of desk space so I could work while waiting. The technician sent me a video to watch of everything he did which was great. Before leaving Ryan walked me to the car and went over some final details. A++ service all the way around.

Kuddos to Dillon, a great salesman. We had an awesome time throughout this big purchase. We laughed, we hugged, laughed some more and danced. He’s an all around great guy.
