So I want to take a moment to brag on France’s flowers staff! I placed an order for Valentine’s Day and my recipient didn’t get what I ordered to sum it up. The manager not only made it right, he made up for it by correcting my order, and he personally re-delivered the correct flower arrangement. Thank you for going above and beyond!!! EXCELLENT JOB AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I am happy and very pleased with the manager and team for promptly resolving the issue and making sure my order was PERFECT!!! I will be back!!!

We were exploring town around the Capitol and stumbled upon Frances Flower Shop. Everyone was super friendly! Their flower arrangements looked beautiful, fun and creative. They had a lot of local made candles, soaps, and lotions. Everything seemed really well priced and we had a lot of great ideas for some holiday gifts now. Go check them out!

I have to say I’ve ordered from this local Little Rock Flower Bouquet for my family, and they NEVER disappoint! I’m always amazed at the level of compassion that goes into each arrangement. Thank you for helping me express love so beautifully.

The original review I had was not positive. The owners of this company responded quickly and went above and beyond to make everything right, I am beyond impressed by their dedication. I have received an email within the hour of my post as well as a phone call to make sure my issue was resolved. They have also replaced the original order with a new one and refunded my cost, I did not expect this at all and am taken aback by the customer service. I will absolutely recommend anyone to this florist. I have added pictures of the new arrangement sent. Thank you to the staff and owners who helped make this right.

Choosing Tipton & Hurst as the florist for my wedding was easily one of the BEST choices that I made!!! Christina and Mr. Chris were an absolute dream to work with - they're both incredibly talented, organized, and knowledgeable. They really made the process easy and fun! I was absolutely in awe of how beautiful all of the florals were - so were my guests!!!

Each time I've made the trip has been enjoyable. Very accommodating staff no matter who I come in contact with. A wide variety of flowers and household items that rotate out seasonally. Highly recommend visiting.

I love Floral Express. I have told my husband in the past if you are going to buy me flowers call Floral Express. I had a birthday this week and received some of the most beautiful roses ever. It's been a few days and they are still absolutely beautiful. I WISH I had tipped the delivery lady - she was so sweet! I didn't think about it until she left because I was stunned with how big and beautiful the roses were. Skip the others and just call Floral Express. They are the best.

We had a great experience. They were welcoming and friendly. We purchased a casket spray for my Dad's funeral. It was absolutely gorgeous!! We ended up taking it home after the funeral. Prices were reasonable.
