My husband and I decided to build for our first home and we loved the area of Midtown Bryant. Graham Smith was very responsive to any concerns we had while building and Joe and Austin delivered! We loved being able to incorporate a part of who we are and what we wanted for our growing family all the way down to the dog shower! Our twins were born in June 2022 and we closed on my birthday in October. We were able to move in a month early due to our apt lease ending and they were very accommodating. Overall, I feel they do a great job with craftsman style homes and will do everything to make your experience a good one. We love our home and will spend several years here! Thanks again.

We built our first house with Graham Smith Construction and love how customizable the homes are! We considered other builders that only offered two different packages for selections. With GSC, we were able to choose absolutely anything and everything. Austin was a huge help when making our selections, and we really appreciated how she helped us get the look we wanted while also staying on budget. Joe was also very easy to work, and it’s been nice to have him as a direct contact for any questions or concerns.
