Honda West

I have had a couple of wonderful experiences at Honda West, and most recently with salesman Luis Perez. I don’t think anybody looks forward to the car buying process, but Luis made it easy. He was so attentive, accommodating, and willing to help me find the perfect car and terms that worked for me. I ended up leaving with an amazing vehicle that I love, an upgrade to my last Honda. I also visited here about four years ago and the experience was just as wonderful. This place is not pushy like some car dealerships, they work collaboratively with you. The only recommendation I have is to offer some sort of real food to purchase, as I got hungry after being there for a couple of hours. They do have vending machines though. Thank you, Luis for being amazing, I’m so happy with your service and my new Honda Pilot!

Purchase our New Honda CR-V here waiting time was a month and half. Sam and Javi worked thoroughly with my husband and I in order to help us with our vehicle purchase and we are more than happy! I would highly recommend Honda West dealership. Excellent customer service , Sam even kept checking up if everything went well even after we purchased and drove off the lot! Great gas mileage too!
