We are so happy with our experience at Pomona Kia. Everyone made the process smooth and enjoyable. Our sales person, Kevin secured the deal with his easy going, friendly personality. He was personable, professional, persistent, but not pushy. My search for the right combination of features, packages, and price extended as North as Glendale, as south as Chula Vista, as west as Phoenix , and in everywhere between. And in the end Kevin won us over and worked hard to get us what we wanted and a reasonable deal. The purchase experience was made even better by the manager and finance department taking great care of us. We would whole heartedly recommend Pomona, Kevin, and the Carnival. It is a beautiful car and it was a top notch buying experience.
