No, I haven't used this business yet, but I went to scope it out for possible future use, because I have heard so much about it from my friend. I am writing a review based on his multiple experience with this shop. He told me the staff is very friendly and helpful which I saw for myself. They go out of their way to accommodate him and repair his truck and BMW issues in a timely manner without charging exorbitant prices. The shop is big, clean, and the staff are super nice, very efficient and personable. Should the need arise, I will not hesitate to take my Toyota to Magallanes AR. Thank you POJ, for introducing your favorite auto repair shop to me.

Great prices (AAA members get a 10% discount), friendly & prompt service. But I would really give 4.5 stars because their communication about the extent and cost of repairs was not done prior to parts being ordered. I had to follow-up 3 times to make sure. Normally this would be a huge issue with me but again the prices are do reasonable!!! Really appreciate having a place I can take my Ford trucks and Nissan Altima know I'm going to be taken care of. Highly recommend giving these nice folks a try for your repair needs.

I immensely appreciate the extreme honesty that I experienced with everybody at Magallanes. Things were explained to me in a way that I could understand, recommendations were made but nobody tried to scare me into making immediate decisions, and the team was honest about parts of my vehicle that would be better serviced with a dealer. Excellent customer service and high quality work.

Great honest service! Brought in my vehicle at 125k, Clark and his mechanics thoroughly inspected my vehicle, recommended my spark plugs replaced, oil change, and rear brakes done. Clark gave me a solid quote, which I agreed to. After doing the work, my total cost came down almost $600! He didn't need to replace gaskets or calipers. He removed those costs along with labor. Very honest mechanics. I'll never go anywhere else. 100% recommend this shop.

A must go to auto shop. The staff at Cruz Auto Repair are so cool, nice & honest people. They know what they’re doing & they get the job done. Fair prices & all. I’m a new & loyal customer now & the only mechanic that’ll be working on my Lexus LS430 is Mr. Cruz, he’s the man.

Augustine was very helpful & nice! I called in for an emergency on my car while traveling in SF, and he checked my car even though he was closing in an hour! Reasonable price & good service with a smile! I recommend them 100%.

Anselmo and Winston were very professional and courteous. Found the problem with my turn signal issues. Works fantastic. Also made quick repair of my tire with a screw in it. Very comfortable with their work and pricing. Would highly recommend this repair shop for any repair work. Bravo ZULU = Nice job.

Staff was very friendly. I came in with no appointment. My car was fixed in a couple of hours. I was surprised how fast my car was ready for pickup.

Best care for my car always, staff is very knowledgeable and straightforward when it comes to what your car needs.
