Honest, efficient, knowledgeable, and communicative. Online appointment experience was excellent and easy to use. Upon arrival, I was greeted outside by a technician who was friendly and immediately directed me where to park (they were already busy at 8:30 on a Monday morning). Inside, I was greeted right away by Mike (service advisor) who knew immediately who I was from my appointment, and had a few simple follow up questions. Got a call from Mike within 2 hours of leaving my car at the shop. Mike had full diagnostic information and recommended solutions. My car was repaired and ready same day. On time and exactly on quoted price. Everyone working at the shop was friendly and professional. My car is an Audi Q7. Audi's can be a little 'quirky' and specialized. As any Audi owner knows, having a qualified (Audi-certified) diagnostician and mechanic is a must. They diagnosed the code and issues...and knew exactly what to do, with full confidence. These guys are on their game. I would recommend them for any car repair...any make...any model.

I contacted Redhawk to fix my passenger window that fell on my Hummer H2! They were very professional & easy to book an appointment. They were able to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time and I did not have to pay an arm and leg. The dealership wanted to charge me twice the amount I paid. Icing on the cake was RedHawk provided a warranty when the dealership was not able to! Thanks RedHawk Auto Service we will certainly be using your services for our vehicles in the future!.

Mike was very helpful and was able to get me in on that same morning that I had an issue, ran diagnostics quickly and confirmed what needed to be done. Work was done quickly and the rates for the work were quite reasonable. I would very quickly recommend Redhawk Auto service.

Good honest staff. I had an appointment, and they were definitely having a busy day, but they still took care of my service quickly and were intentional with inspecting my vehicle as well. Did quick maintenance work on my car, which was what I asked for. Made good recommendations for other services, but didn't push anything on me. Nothing negative to report, good experience. I look forward to using them. for more services in the near future!.

I took my car in because my alternator was failing. I had Meineke in Temecula do the work. I was very pleased with their professionalism, friendliness, and quality of work. It was done in a very timely manner, and the price was very reasonable. This was my first time using them and I am very happy with the outcome. I would recommend this shop to everyone and I love that it is family owned.

I've been a long-time customer. I always get my oil changes here. Busy shop so it's recommended to always make an appointment. They offer Costco member discounts too. Best prices in town.

I finally found my Mechanic for Southern California. Ramsey took great care of me and my vehicle. He saved me several thousand dollars after being lied to by many other mechanics. They quickly identified the REAL issue and repaired it. I could not be more happy with the level of service I received from this location. They repaired my Hyundai and has never ran better since I've owned it. I recommend this location to everyone looking for the BEST service and not getting taken advantage of. Thanks a million!!! All other locations said I'd have to replace the engine at $5000 dollars. Put simply they fixed it for $870. This is the quality and respect I expect from a mechanic. Thank You so much you're the BEST!!!.
