Brakes Plus Pueblo

There was a car in the oil change bay when we showed up, but the staff quoted us an honest price and got us in within less than 15 minutes. Fast, reliable, and friendly service. We will absolutely be back next time our oil change coincides with a trip to Pueblo.

I brought my car in with noise coming from the front driver's side wheel. It needed new control arms, and some kind of tie-rod bit I didn't fully understand. My Chrysler is nineteen years old, so some of the bigger things are starting to wear out. While I was at it, I asked them to fix my broken door handle and do an oil change. That "Plus" bit in the name covers a lot of ground. Anyway, it sucked to hear that I needed all that work. But the guys there worked to keep the expense down. They didn't try to upsell me anything. I've been going there a few years now, and I've gotta say, they're just good people. I always have great experiences with them. They have good "garage door" manner. They're helpful and flexible and generally cheerful people. It's not some over-enthusiastic, fake corporate customer service model. It's simply great, genuine service that puts me at ease every time I deal with them. I highly recommend this shop - Lars
