I found what I was looking for almost immediately (a lovely headboard ensemble for my new bed from Denver Mattress next door) and and Erica took care of the rest in a very friendly and competent manner while we chatted about travel to our favorite places. Definitely Furniture Row is a treasure in the middle of town if you are furnishing or refurnishing your home or apartment.

The salesman Brennen was amazing! He cared about my needs and was knowledgeable about the product i was interested in. He encouraged me to try several lazy boys to see which one fit my body. We talked about care and construction of the product. He was very kind and helpful to be sure i was getting all that i needed. . My experience was great. Can t wait for it to arrive. Its here and I love, love love it!!! The delivery was way ahead of schedule and the driver's were knowledgeable and professional. Great company.

Salesmen, Brennen Shipley (Bedroom) and Marcus Fuentes (Denver Mattress) were absolutely two of the best! My Bear Creek king bed and nightstand are beautiful. Brennen shared all details; very kindly; not pushy. Marcus' demonstration on mattresses was extremely helpful in helping me pick the perfect mattress for my needs along with beautiful bedding. This place is great! I ordered online with Jim and he was so Nice and helped me figure out what I wanted when I explained it to him for my recliner chair! I bought a sectional from here and they have been awesome the whole way. I believe her name is Amanda and she was an amazing sales lady, I will always go to here for any of my next furniture purchases. They let me take home the selection of fabrics so I could see what color worked best. They, walked me through the custom order, the warranty, and the delivery. When my house wasn’t finished being built they held my couch until I was ready. They delivered and assembled my couch. The delivery guys were awesome! Upon needing a cushion replaced they came out looked at the couch placed my order for the cushions and then came back out and replaced my cushions no hassle. For the next buyer the down throw pillows are so nice but the feathers are so pokey ouch ouch. All in all amazing service.
