VILLAS AT PARK WEST REVIEWS

Love the place. Some nice amenities in the Phase 2 apartments that aren't posted include a very large soaking tub, a chandelier in the dining room, and tamper resistant outlets (which has been such a bonus for me since I have a 1 year old)! They are a pet friendly community, but you wouldn't know it by how clean and fresh the units are when you move in! I also have never even heard a dog bark but I see people walking their dogs often! Overall, it's been super quiet and peaceful. No traffic noise, loud neighbors, etc.

We have lived at Villa Pueblo at Park West for a year and certainly plan on renewing our lease. Reading the posted reviews was amazing we have not found the problems that others have had. The office staff has always been helpful and friendly taking care of any concerns. The maintenance staff are great handling any issues that we have had. Use the gym four days a week and it is always cleaned daily ~ equipment is maintained. Living on the first floor we have not experienced noise from our neighbor above and it is home to two dogs. The grounds and plantings are well maintained with lots of green space to enjoy. The apartment itself is lovely with high ceilings plenty of closet space, convenient storage-room, spacious bath. washer and dryer and functional kitchen. Only minutes away from shopping needs. Have only good things to say about this complex.

I've been living here over 2 years, and I adore my apartment! The location is excellent, offering quick access to eateries, retail establishments, and public transportation. The management staff is accommodating and quick to respond, taking care of issues as soon as they arise. All things considered, I heartily suggest this apartment to anyone searching for a convenient and cozy place to live.

I had a great experience living at Kona Kai. The apartment was quiet and cozy, just what I needed for a peaceful home environment. I especially loved the wonderful pueblo view—it made every day feel a bit more special. The site manager, Laura, was always professional, friendly, and helpful. She truly made the community feel welcoming. Maintenance was also excellent—every issue I had was fixed quickly and efficiently, which really made a difference. Highly recommend Kona Kai for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live!

My kids are really excited for the brand new playground they are building and they love the rainbow lights in the swimming pool. Management keeps the complex very clean. I'd recommend to family and friends!

Excellent management… communication is always on time and exact. I have not seen this in any other manager. Grounds are kept clean … safe place to live!

Moved from out of state earlier this year. The application and move in process was stress free thanks to Kris and Cierra. Our rental was damaged, no fault to the property. Again the staff went above and beyond to get us settled in another unit. We love the property and staff here.

I have lived in these apartments for the past 3 years. I attend CSU Pueblo, and these have been the perfect apartments for my friends and I. The management has always been kind & helpful. Cierra was a huge help in getting our current lease finalized, so my friends and I can finish college and live together. So many memories have been made in my apartment, and I plan to make many more here!

I lived there for 2 years. You really do get your moneys worth here, especially considering the amount of bathrooms you get. I bought a house and the front office was very helpful and supportive during the transition.
