“Dr. Zaki Lababidi is board-certified in cardiovascular disease, specializing in interventional cardiology. He is the founder of Gilbert Cardiology. He completed his residency training in internal medicine at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago and his fellowship in interventional cardiology at the Arizona Heart Institute in Phoenix. Dr. Lababidi has extensive experience treating patients with congestive heart failure, heart attack, coronary artery disease, abnormal heart rhythms, and peripheral arterial disease. He is a member of the American Society of Echocardiography. He actively participates in the educational preparation of medical students, and his research work has been published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology Intervention, among others. Dr. Zaki Lababidi has served administratively as the director of the cardiology department at Roseland Community Hospital in Chicago.”
