“Dr. Zaki Lababidi is an interventional cardiologist and the founder of Gilbert Cardiology. He graduated from Damascus University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Loyola University Medical Center/Trinity-Mercy Chicago and did a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the Marshall University School of Medicine. He holds board certification in cardiovascular disease and specializes in interventional cardiology. Dr. Zaki Lababidi focuses on the diagnosis and medical and catheter-based therapy of patients with acute and chronic forms of cardiovascular disease. He also specializes in congestive heart failure, peripheral arterial disease (PAD), coronary artery disease, and abnormal heart rhythms. Dr. Zaki serves as a clinical assistant professor for Midwestern University and actively participates in the educational preparation of medical students. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology, Society of Cardiovascular Angiography and Intervention, the Arizona Medical Association, and the American Society of Echocardiography.
