“Dr. Steven Francescone is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, Echocardiography, and Nuclear Cardiology. He received his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine and was elected to the AOA honor society. Dr. Steven Francescone completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center. He did his fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Mount Sinai Hospital. He has special clinical interests in cardiovascular risk reduction, preventative cardiology, and optimization of established cardiovascular disease. He has participated in clinical research and co-authored articles on stroke and anticoagulant therapy. Dr. Steven Francescone has also served in general cardiology for over ten years and served on the medical board at St. John’s Riverside Hospital. He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians. Dr. Steven Francescone is fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish.”
