Great appointment scheduling experience, unlike a few other cardiologists I called. Great check-in experience. Nurse who took my vitals was obviously a trainee, but a senior nurse came in to make sure she did everything right. Both the Nurse Practitioner and Doctor Shah saw me. Both of them were efficient and highly competent. Scheduled both an echo-cardiogram and a stress echo cardiogram within a week of my first visit.
It was my first visit to Dr Shah and was great !! He made me feel very comfortable and he went over every detail with me about my visit. The doctor and his medical assistant were all very kind. There was hardly any wait time. Everyone was professional and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Shah. Thank you, Dr. Shah and the team.
Height tech office with no paper works, friendly and straight forwards. Happy of fact that I am not forced into any unnecessary tests or procedures. That is what I am looking for.
