Dr. Castleberry and Plano Eye Associates is the epitome of professionalism, knowledge and skill, with the entire team, from the receptionist, testing assistants (especially Marco), as well as the billing assistants and optical, ending with selection of my new lenses. Each team member made my experience fun. Yes, even during all the testing. As a result of this friendly staff, I actually look forward to my eye appointments. Tracey made choosing my sunglasses fun, and Erica made the insurance and cost process painless. My utmost appreciation to Plano Eye associates.

This was the most comprehensive and relaxed eye exam I’ve ever had. The staff was exceptional and the office was over the top beautiful. The team in the optical area was so helpful, as I had trouble narrowing down what glasses I wanted to go with. It seems like the employees really enjoy what they do, and it makes for a very pleasant experience! I highly recommend.

I had my first appointment at Plano Eye Associates and everyone I spoke with from the front desk, to the assistant, to the doctor were all so kind, attentive, and welcoming. I had a great experience here and will no doubt be back. I would recommend it to others as well.

I took my mom for a routine eye exam, and this was her first visit with Dr. Brantley. She was very happy with the overall experience. Dr. Brantley was extremely thorough and patient throughout the appointment. Since my mom doesn’t speak English, I was translating for her, and he took his time, allowing me to explain everything clearly to her. Both my husband and I are also patients of Dr. Brantley, and we’re planning to bring our daughter to join the rest of the family at her next visit. The front office staff was very helpful and kind as well. We truly appreciate the level of care and professionalism from everyone at Lone Star Vision. Highly recommend Dr. Brantley and the entire team.

Love Lone Star. Started going here after my other eye vision place in Frisco sold and everything seemed to change for the worse. Have had great experience with Lone Star. Everyone is great and I have never had to wait long at all when I arrive for my appointment. Awesome docs.
