Chem-Dry of Lodi

Wow, I can not say enough good things about Lodi Chem-Dry. Elena was a pleasure to speak with and got me scheduled quickly. I appreciated the reminder text a few days before my service and the ETA text she sent the day of the cleaning. In addition to doing a fantastic job on our carpets, Tom went above and beyond by making sure a blown fuse was operational before he left. The fuse was 100% not his fault and was a result of our house’s old wiring. You can tell he truly cares about his business and the people it serves. I didn’t realize that level of customer service still existed. I highly recommend using Lodi Chem-Dry for your next carpet cleaning.

I would highly recommend Chem Dry of Lodi. The owner, Tom, was professional and explained everything that needed to be done to make my carpet sparkle again. He didn’t try to up sale any products. I have had my carpets cleaned in the past but I believe Chem Dry did a much better job.

Technician was very professional and did an outstanding job of cleaning our home carpet. The carpet came out like new and there are no stains or dirt wear areas. I would recommend this technician to anyone.
