This is my second roof/gutters installation at my homes (two separate homes) with Phoenix Roofing Company within the past couple of years. They are really easy to work with. Just call them for a bid, work out the cost with them and then they schedule the work after the agreement. They took care of all of the city permit, came to work on the scheduled work day and 4-6 days later, a new roof and gutters are installed. Any issues that came up, they notified you promptly and work out the solutions to go with them. As a local Realtor, they are my go to company for all roof and solar referrals. We've used Ron Williams Certified Roof & Inspection twice in the recent months. The first time was for roof maintenance, cleaning and some necessary repairs and secondly, for replacement and sealing of dry rot fascia boards along our roof line. In both instances, Cesar and his crew arrived on time, worked diligently as a team and left the area meticulously clean after they'd finished! Cesar did a great job assessing the areas in need of attention, communicating effectively about our current needs, pointing out other potential problems we might encounter in the future, and answering all our questions. Lisa Williams was my initial contact point and she's very helpful and personable at representing the business! We've found everyone associated with Ron Williams' company to be honest, hardworking and with very high standards in their quality of work! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and will continue to use them for all our roofing needs.

After doing internet searches and reviews I decided to contact Ron Williams' Certified Roof & Inspections, Lisa was A+ costumer service to deal with!! I had received a quote for a fair price for replacing an old skylight replacement and I had a few small leaks that need to be fixed hopefully with new roofing the guys were very professional and left everything clean and picked up. Highly recommended.
