Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning Elizabeth

My very old carpets were dirty in the traffic areas. I have had professional steam cleaning services and rented steam cleaning machines many times in the past 18 years, with marginal results. The, friendly and professional, OxiFresh technician arrived on time and indicated that he couldn't guarantee that the embedded dirty could be completely removed, but I was not expecting a miracle. An hour later, the carpet was the cleanest I've ever seen it and it dried quickly. This service was awesome. I highly recommend.

The technician was on time and polite. Went right to work, and boy he made the dogs favorite chair and my soiled carpet staircases look and smell like new. Wasn't dry in an hour as advertised , but wasn't sopping wet either. The smell of the oxy clean faded after a day or so and just left freshness behind. Definitely will make them part of our seasonal cleaning routines.

Service was great start to finish! Set up a scheduled cleaning within 2 days of my call. Al was the service rep who cleaned 3 rugs and sofa, did an amazing job doesn’t compare to the last place we used! Not only efficient but very detailed about his work...even called in to the office for advice on a tough stain. We highly recommend this company and hopefully Al will be your service rep!
