It turned out it needed new rollers but the shaft was okay. I felt relieved. I’ll call this company again.

Great response time when you call. They apologized because they couldn't get out to be the same day I called (a Saturday). They were out to see me on Monday. Fast, reliable, well skilled in appliance repair and they don't try and upsell any unnecessary repairs. And did I mention reasonably priced?? My appliance technicians for life!

Can’t say any more good things about Robert. He was awesome, good communication and very knowledgeable on what was wrong with our washing machine.
