We had no heat for two days during this frigid weather. I contacted Challenger for an estimate. Martha was great and accommodating with the appointment times. Fernando showed up right on time, assessed our situation and had the solution. He had all of the parts needed on his truck. He completed the job quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain what was wrong and answered any questions we had. I would highly recommend them. We will be using them in the future for all of our plumbing or hvac needs. I never ever post any reviews but this is definitely a review I have to leave. Gustavo is a complete lifesaver! We were desperate to figure out a situation for our 90+ year old grandfather who was without heat and there was water damage on the ceiling and walls from a leak in a radiator pipe. Contacted a few plumbers and no one was available, Gustavo and his team were complete heroes and came out the very same night at 8pm and left at 1am! He made sure everything was working before he left and that there was heat. We are forever grateful for Gustavo and his team, HIGHLY recommend because of the compassion he showed to our family to help us when we really needed it. Grandfather was so emotional to see how there are still such wonderful, caring, hard working people out there! Thank You again.
