Called and made an appointment. Technician showed up on time.we walk the areas to be cleaned. He got right to work. Carpets came out looking like new. All spots and stains are gone. This is the s3cone time we've used Zerorex. Great experience.

Our representative was professional and courteous and performed a miracle with our carpet!! He was careful with our home by placing corner guards to protect walls and we so much appreciate that. He was not only on time but phoned to see if he could start early!! Amazing service. Thank you so much
