I had a BAD day. A power outage and not making sure my garage door was up ALL THE WAY led to this emergency. I called ProLift at approximately 4:15 PM. I let them know I needed somebody come out to fix my garage door ASAP . They called me back within 15 minutes to tell me that a technician was on their way. The technician came and the amazing Chuck showed up just after 5 PM in the pouring rain. He was able to fix my garage door so that I could get my car out of the garage to take it to get repaired. He went above and beyond, provided amazing customer service, and extremely sweet with my son who has special needs. I can’t recommend this company enough. Thank you for coming to a single mom’s crisis and making her feel not so alone.

Our garage door spring broke on a Friday afternoon. We reached out to a company that gave us the run around. I went to my Thumbtack app and found ProLift. They were very responsive and set up an appointment with me early on Monday morning. Our technician was Nicky. He was right on time. I received a text message with his bio and he called before arrival. He worked quickly to get our issue resolved and explained everything to my husband. We highly recommend this business and appreciate the prompt service!

Overhead Door is amazing! I had a different company come out first and they gave me a quote for $5700 for 2 garage doors. My husband and I were flabbergasted and had basically resigned to not getting electric openers. I ran into a rep for O.D. at my work, and asked if they could give me a second quote, and the very next day, someone called and gave me an estimate for $1400. I was in shock, and asked if they could come out to verify, bc the original co had told us we needed new springs, etc. He came out that same day, confirmed the price, and 1 week later our doors were installed and we can finally park our vehicles in the garage. Even more, the estimate was free, compared to the $95 fee that other co charged us. I will recommend Overhead Door to everyone needing this service, they shoot straight and were very good at communicating and following through. If I could, I would give them 100/100 stars. I feel that my experience was as good as it could have been. The technician John was very friendly and seemed very proficient. He called me to tell me that he was on his way during the time period that the office had told me that he would be coming. The replacement of the Garage Door spring took less than an hour, and the price was very competitive compared to the same repair that was done for my neighbor by a different company.
