We had a great experience with Charleston Roofs from start to finish for replacing our skylights. The rep that came out to assess the project was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. We got a few quotes from other companies and CR+W was the fairest. Our project manager stayed in contact during the whole install. The work was done well, efficiently and the area was cleaned up when the work was completed. We would definitely recommend them.

Corey was fantastic. He helped us navigate a very frustrating experience with our insurance company. Corey’s communication with us and the insurance company was top notch and got us a fair outcome on our claim. I had at least 10 contractors out to help me initially and Corey was by far the most professional and competent. New Beginnings was able to fix our complicated condo issue that stumped other contractors. Because of Corey we ended up trusting New Beginnings with a full kitchen remodel and they were great. New Beginnings did a fantastic job with the storm damage repairs at my home. Micah and Dee took care of everything, especially dealing with my homeowner’s insurance. I hardly knew the roofers were at my home. They were tearing the roof off as I was leaving to go to work. When I came home from work, the new roof was on and the solar panels were replaced. There was no debris in the yard or driveway. The same goes for the fence replacement and the ceiling repair. I would highly recommend this company. I hope they do window and garage door replacements because that’s my next project.

I highly, highly recommend NBC. My house needed extensive work from damages occurred by a storm. The chimney, roof and fascia needed alot of work. Communication with Blake was awesome. He was very patient with me and explained things clearly. Andrew, Corey, Toby and TJ are fantastic. The crew that worked on my house were very skilled, and the work is beautiful. The cleanup afterwards was fantastic, you can't even tell they were working. Everyone was friendly with me and my family. I just can't say enough good things.
