Truly incredible!!! Coast Catering delivered above and beyond! They are SO WORTH EVERY PENNY! So professional and the best wedding food we have ever had! Rachel was so incredible about answering our every question and made sure that everything ran so perfectly on the day! Truly a nobrainer - HIRE THESE WONDERFUL HUMANS.

From start to finish, they did an outstanding job with my corporate event in Del Mar. Tricia was excellent to work with along the way and the night of waitstaff was top notch. The food was delicious and the presentation was beautiful! If you need a caterer in the San Diego area, I highly recommend them.

We used Coast for our wedding the other weekend and it was awesome. Our guests were happy and well-fed, we got many compliments on the food. I especially want to call out the tuna tacos and the grilled cheese apps as crowd favorites.

SMOKED AND TASTY REVIEWS

Smoked and Tasty is amazing. I picked up catering from Smoked and Tasty for several days of holiday group eating. Absolutely everything was fresh, extremely tasty and visually appealing as well. Over the course of a couple of days, I ordered roast ducks, baked salmon with dill and pomengranate seeds, prime rib, arugula salad with apples and pecans, arugula salad with feta cheese, mandarins and pomengranate seeds, roast brussels sprouts, green beans with almonds, roast potatoes and roasted mixed vegetables. There wasn't a single dish that was a miss. Everyone was amazed at how well everything was seasoned. I was looking for authentically good catering. Smoked and Tasty more than delivered. The owner is also super nice.

Ksenia did an incredible job catering our son’s rehearsal dinner and wedding. She worked with our budget, and her food was absolutely delicious! Our guests commented on how delicious everything was. We were so thrilled that we found Smoked and Tasty and trusted them to do our food at the wedding. We’d highly recommend them.

We got three types of salmon jerky from the farmers’ market. It was outstanding! very flavorful and tender. I’ll definitely be ordering some in the near future.

RED TAIL CATERING REVIEWS

James and his team are amazing! My husband and I got married on September 5, 2021 at Los Willows and Redtail Catering did all our food. We had plated meals with the filet and sea bass. Oh my gosh, they were SO delicious! The appetizers they made were incredible as well! We didn't want a big cake so James offered to make us a cutting cake for pictures. We aren't the biggest fans of cake but it tasted so good. James and his team also did our chocolate fountain desert table. We chose the Ultimate Chocolate Fountain which included 3 fountains: white chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate. It also included SO many dipping options, everyone could find something they loved! Thank you so much James, you and your team made our wedding truly spectacular.

We went with Red Tail Catering for our backyard wedding reception. What initially drew us to them was the Santa Maria tri-tip option. We really wanted to do something very "West Coast" for our wedding and this was the perfect dish! Our tasting was INCREDIBLE, and perhaps our best surprise was the quality of the Vegetable Wellington they have as a vegetarian option. It is so delicious and in no way feels like a consolation prize. I was worried too many folks were going to want that over the tri-tip. We hired a chef, server, and bartender for 40 folks and were very well taken care of. Thank you to Chef James and his team! Delicious food at an incredible price point.

We used Red Tail Catering for our daughter's birthday celebration and for our wedding, great food and presentation, always on-time, professional staff, owner James is very experienced and a super nice guy. Overall they are great for jobs both big and small.
