We came her for our 21st Anniversary Dinner with family from out of town. We all loved it! As soon as we walked in there was a trio playing live music and was soon escorted to our rsvpd table! The view of the sunset was beautiful from that view since the restaurant is on 2nd floor . The food was delicious. I had the sea bass, cream of spinach and some other plates ohh you got to try the llobster Mac n Cheese! And for appetizers the merenchino peppers with pork belly were soon good! A must! Ohh and the bread looked like huge mushrooms was so warm and light and it didn't blow my belly up afterwards even though I try to eat GF! So great stuff.

An absolutely beautiful view of Escondido while you enjoy five star service, food and ambiance. Ciarra is always kind, welcoming with a great personality and work ethic per my boss and I must agree. Celebration of a huge accomplishment of our organization and met some great people there.. Chef is amazing.

I am no foodie, but overall, we had a good time and I have no regrets. I was not particularly hungry that night so my judgment of the food was not particularly clear or strong. The service was good and the views were pretty amazing!

BJ'S RESTAURANT & BREWHOUSE ESCONDIDO REVIEWS

I recently visited BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, and I must say, the food was great! We particularly loved the burgers, which were delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff were really friendly and attentive, contributing to a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and our food was served quickly, which we appreciated. If you're planning to enjoy a beer, I recommend sitting at the bar for a more relaxed atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and look forward to returning!

Diana was such a great waitress and employee. When we sat down we waited a long time to get a waiters attention and she was the one who was the first to check on us and get our orders going even though we weren’t in her section. She was so sweet and so considerate, her kindness made up for how long we were waiting and she was overall an amazing person. Will be coming to Bjs again because of her great customer service.

Our host Samantha C was great! She was very attentive and helpful. Heard it was her first day serving on her own and she did great. I manage hosts where I work and she has great customer service skills, has a great memory in remembering options, etc. outside service, food was great ($13 meal deal is a great offering).

Has been our favorite reliable great food go-to for over 5 years. Excellent Food, fun friendly service, excellent prices and tremendous value. Update: Home Sweet Home Cafe never ceases to amaze me. I gave up trying to eat my way through the menu about a year ago. Never had a single meal that wasn't beautifully prepared and delicious. Yesterday we stopped in for Lunch and the "Special" was a Tuna Salad Croissant, side and Clam Chowder". Not my usual "Fried food" choice... but it sounded good. I took the first bite and told Terri Guess "Oh my God that is the best bite".... Soft, buttery, flaky Croissant, FRESH crispy Lettuce, and delicious home made Tuna Salad. Fries were perfect... Clam chowder was excellent. They never let me down. Yesterday they did it again with "Steak Rancheros, Re-fried Beans, Rice, with Soup or Salad" as the Lunch Special. Simple fantastic food!

Well, simply outstanding! I have passed by this place for many years and finally had time to stop in for breakfast. What a surprise to find out how much I've been missing out. Great staff, great food, great old time cafe, atmosphere and very good prices. Have to put this on my "Regular" list!

Classic American diner. Hash is great, portions are huge. Great value. Shona is the best!!
