he Arcata High Football team traveled for the State Championship and we needed to feed our team of 60+ something nutritious while we were in town but we were on a budget. I reached out to Carolina's to see if they could accommodate us (it was a bit last minute as we only had a few days to plan this trip) Tim worked with us and provided 3 meals for our team and it was AMAZING!!! The food was great quality and made with love. It was affordable and plenty of food to go around. We had driven over 11 hours to get there, we went to pick up the food and the staff was so helpful and genuinely nice. They were really rooting for us to win. The atmosphere was really cool and unique. I know where I'm going to eat if I'm ever down that way. Not one negative thing to say. Everything was amazing and the team thanks you all for your awesome service and great food!

First time visiting, my family and I had a great dinner. I had the Chicken Alfredo Calzone and the rest of my family split a large 7 layer pizza. Everything was wonderful and the service was great, shout out to Shannon and Tim. Will definitely return.

One of the most delicious Italian dishes I’ve had in a very long time. Pasta was delicious, sauce was great & the meatballs were tender. 10/10

We were on a family vacation and looking for a good place for dinner. The food looked good from the photos posted on their website, so we decided to give it a try. When we got there, we discovered that we had to serve ourselves. You place your order and pay for it at the counter, and they bring your food. I was disappointed at first, but we stayed anyway. It turned out to be one of the best meals we ever had. The portions were more than adequate where we all took home our leftovers. Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh, and excellent quality. Even though I wanted table service, the excellent food and customer service more than made up for it. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. We were all extremely happy with the experience and highly recommended.

Amazing Cambodian brunch!! I came here with my boyfriend and we got the Orange Honey Blossom French Toast and the Farmer’s Garden Burrito with a side of potatoes. The french toast was great and the burrito was nice and crispy on the outside. The potatoes were super flavorful! We’ll definitely be back to try more items :)
