The experience was awesome. It was quick and simple. The customer service was excellent. I wish I would have asked for the name of the person who took my device. He explained the process, was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. The response time was super fast even shorter than initially stated. They guys who helped us were courteous. Battery replacement on my daughter's Pixel 6a was done within a few hours. Overall good service.
