My company, Units Ventura has had many plumbing issues. Everytime a plumber came out they did not fix the core issue. Got a BNI referral to Donlon. The first person came out and did not fix the problem. I had to call at 4 pm on a Friday and this is where Donlon exceeded my expectations. They sent a senior technician out. He diagnosed the problem. He did the best he could do them he contacted another contractor who came out on a Saturday and at normal rates he fixed the problem. He educated me on how to avoid future problems and was super professional. That’s amazing customer service and support. Will never use another company. Thx to Brian at Ready restoration for the referral.

We had a leak in our service line. Rocky can first thing in the morning and got to work. He was very knowledgeable and completed the repair. He was great. We are very happy with his work and highly recommend Donlon Plumbing.

His genuine concern and insight, along with his desire to ensure that the customer fully understands the situation, are commendable. I was so impressed that I’ve decided that if I ever need a plumber again, he will be the only one I call. Two thumbs up for Travis! The company that employs this outstanding young man should consider themselves very fortunate—he's truly one in a million.

Requested an estimate for drain blockage, and Jay quickly gave an accurate estimate. He had time to rooter it and did a thorough job until we were both satisfied. Very good price!! Will use again when needed!!!

Supervisor Paul came out to diagnose where we had a water leak on our property. Within about a half hour he found the answer. He was both highly competent and friendly. Highly appreciated and recommended.

I had to replace my shower handle and spout. I thought I could do it on my own, but years of corrosion got the best of my patience. I called Rob based on his reviews, and I’m very grateful he was able to get the job done. He was very professional and hard working. He gave me a very reasonable quote and stuck to the scope of work that I needed done. I won’t hesitate to call Rob in the future and would highly recommend Rob for any plumbing job you have!

I had an emergency with my plumbing. toilet was backing up. The shower was backing up. I called Rob’s plumbing and he immediately came out without hesitation. I was pleasantly surprised on how quickly he arrived. I’ve had plumbing issues in the past, but never have. I had service like this I would highly recommend him . he was Very friendly, but most important he was very professional. I was pleasantly surprised at his prices. Specially, in this economy!!! Thanks again rob for a great job done!!!!!

Called Rob to do a small job but he didn't show and I was upset...turns out left his phone at client house with all my info so couldn't even call me...Rob called first thing he got his phone back to explain and came today at noon to do the job and was fast n polite an though I understood about the missed appointment he refused payment!! Dang who does that? I have recommended many clients of mine to Rob over the years an plan to do so for many years to come. Thanks Rob for ALL good service over years Aloha David
