The entire experience with West Coast Air Conditioning was professional and easy from the get go. Our sales associate, Letti was extremely helpful and answered any questions we had; she explained everything in detail and was prompt to communicate throughout coordinating the project. The team, Adam, Aaron and Eli were also very prompt and courteous. They let us know when they were on their way, and when they arrived. They left the work area clean and worked efficiently. We are very pleased with our experience with West Coast Air Conditioning and would highly recommend them.

We hired West Coast to install our heat pump system (ductless and ducted). These guys were great! All the installers (Eli, Aaron, and Jake) were extremely neat and considerate while working inside the house. The foremen on our job (Nate and Alex) communicated with us on every step of what they were doing, and consulted us as to where we wanted equipment located, rather than just putting it wherever it was easiest for them. We are very happy with the install of our heat system.

After several months of battling my home warranty company to replace a mini-split system in my home, I finally decided to take matters into my own hands and hire a contractor and pay the cost out of pocket. I obtained estimates from Anacapa and one other company. I decided to go with Anacapa because they were able to install within the week versus the other company which was scheduling several weeks out. I was thrilled with my decision. The team at Anacapa was terrific. Unlike most other contractors, the installers arrived on-time as promised. They were polite, professional and respectful of my home. A few days after the install, the power to the area was suspended due to line maintenance and our whole house generator kicked on. When that happened, it caused the split-system to turn on and remain on. I called Anacapa and they came out the next day and fixed the issue. Dealing with the front office was also very pleasant. I am now using Anacapa to maintain both the split system they installed and my central HVAC system in the main portion of the house. I would highly recommend Anacapa for HVAC needs in the area.

After being told by another HVAC company that I needed a complete furnace replacement and that we were in danger of possible carbon monoxide poisoning, I decided to get a second opinion. I called Anacapa and Ruben came out and inspected the system. He confirmed that we did not in fact need a completely new system, but only needed a couple parts replaced.
