Had to replace the screen of my sons iPhone and Lloyd was able to do that within 10 minutes. He explained everything and was so kind. Probably the best customer service I have ever experienced. I paid for a new screen, screen protector and case for less that what I paid at other stores for just a new screen. I was extremely impressed!! He has a customer for life.

I came in with a problematic screen caused by an inaccurate repair I had on my phone from a few years before. Throughout the troublesome repair process, everything was incredibly transparent, and in the end I've been very happy with the result. If I've ever got the need to repair a phone in the future, I'll be coming back here.
