The workers were awesome and VERY hard working. They never gave up until the problem was fixed. Scheduling needs better communication and to make sure that the customet knows more of when the workers will be at the job site. Got frustrated with the delays and portions of my personal life were disrupted with inconsistencies and wasted days when I had expected workers to come and they didn't. Otherwise was pleased with the work and dedication.
Needed floor drain cleaned before i could verify washer was repaired. I called ARS Rescue Rooter and they were able to come out the same day. After trouble shooting it became apparent there were several issues needing to addressed. There were blocks in several locations. They keep me informed of what they were finding and plan forward. They keep at it until they could verify all the obstructions had been cleared.
Danny was very polite and friendly. He was thorough, and made sure to test all the lines, not just the one he was working on, to make sure everything worked properly. He got the job done quickly and professionally! Will definitely use this company again!

First time i used them it was great had an amazing experience with this company had a kitchen drain that needed to be replaced and the prices were fair and the plumber was super nice and helped resolve the issue fast. Updated review this company called me and fixed the second issue i had. It is a rare thing seeing a company who truly cares about their customers concerns turns out it was an invoice issue but they were quick to resolve my concern so i updated this to reflect how great they were at resolving my issues.
Called this morning with water heater problem and had someone out by 3:00. Repairman, Chris was courteous and knowledgeable. Was done in 30 minutes. Had part on truck and we have water heating again. Would definitely recommend!
They are amazing and wonderful to work with beehive is professional and understanding and really takes the time to fix the problem at great prices. Paul is truly great and he has fixed our water heater and our bathroom tub. I recommend them 100% they are the best and really care.
