Helped same day with a new notebook component to get me on my way and back to work. Unlike other local businesses I had called first Jesse didn’t try to scam me with some 160$ labor charge for a new dc in port (easiest part on the machine to swap out) and quickly figured out I just needed a new charger and set me up with a very reasonable price. Thank you.

Jesse provided free diagnostic of my PC and provided possible options. He spent extra effort to work through difficult retrieval from the hard drive. He is quick on repairs, extremely knowledgeable and charges reasonable fees. He is professional, honest and very personable. I highly recommend his services. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Brought in a pc for a case swap and OS upgrade. Jesse did just that at a fair and reasonable price. Very happy with the service, will use again in the future if I need to.

I was having dual monitor issues and took my desktop to West Jordan store. When I got my computer back home I had lost my audio. After working on it for several days and not being able to fix it myself, I thought I would try the Murray store. My computer is old so after the guys not being able to fix it on the spot, I left my computer with Ricky and Dustin. They told me I may have to reinstall windows and if so I could lose some apps. after a few days I was told that they were able to fix the audio without reinstalling windows. While I was there I purchased a new laptop because my current laptop was old and I needed a new one, which I absolutely love!! I have my desk top back and it is now faster and has its audio back. I will always take my computer to the Murray store. They definitely have the best technicians there!! Thankyou Dustin and Ricky for being awesome at your job and giving great customer service.

Tyler and anybody who works there that I've seen have earned the most value that 5 starts can give. A+, above and beyond, the best, patient experience working with me on the details of the laptop I would purchase, handling trade-in, and bearing with me as we figured out payment a good half hour after their closing time. I can't give these guys enough credit. They know their stuff and I look forward to working with them for anything related to computers.

Dustin and Baron quickly identified the problem and didn't even charge me. Turns out I missed the cpu power in the corner. Dustin also gave me some tips and after I was done and waiting for my ride Ricky courteously approached and asked if I needed help. These guys are great.

Dan offers great customer service and support. I needed to get my computer cleaned from all the dust and the thermal paste replaced. I called multiple tech repair companies in the Salt lake area, not only was Dan the only one to call back to let me know he can do it, he also had the best pricing. He also would call to give updates regarding my laptop, which was very nice. He got my laptop cleaned and the thermal paste replaced within 2 days and it runs exactly how I want it to. Will absolutely recommend him to my friends with any computer problems.

I was having issues with my computer that I could not fix myself. I found this place on Google. I called, got the same day appointment. Dan was able to ask lots of good questions, and also answer my questions. After a couple of days, he had my computer running again with a new cooling system. I appreciate him answering my questions, and going through every option with me thoroughly. I highly recommend DW Computers.

Dan communicates and is honest and professional best experience I’ve had. Highly recommend will be going back for any issues I have in the future.
