He and his staff repaired our firebox and re-painted interior, cleaned our chimney and identified 2 potential serious problems and took immediate action to mitigate them to ensure our safety, installed a gas log system and tested to ensure it operated within safety parameters, and checked to ensure our home was monitored correctly with carbon monoxide monitors. He did all of this in a very efficient and professional manner. Benny was extremely pleasant and great at his work. He took plenty of before and after pictures so I was able to see just how filthy our chimney was. He made recommendations for what could be improved, but said that they were not needed immediately. I would highly recommend Tri-state CSR to anyone who has a fireplace. If I remember correctly, they will inspect to determine if cleaning is needed for free.

Benny is fast, friendly and professional. His attention to detail is outstanding. He didn't leave any mess and went above and beyond to make sure nothing got on my floors or rug.
