We bought our unit a few years ago and have had a great experience with Gary’s and all the employees. They are courteous and prompt and know what they are doing. We are service members and if I need them, they show up when they say. Would definitely recommend this company and their products. Today they came in and added a humidifier to our system, I cannot say enough good about this company and their employees and products. We have never had a bad experience. Today on a Sunday our heater quit working, Isiah was on call. He called me quickly and told me there were 2 ahead of us, but he would get there as soon as possible. He called and was there very timely, found our problem and fixed it. Everyone we have done business with here is fantastic. Definitely recommend. Marc Marquez did my semi annual inspection,he did a fantastic job,very polite and did his work. As I have said before,everyone I have dealt with at Gary’s is fantastic this is an amazing group of people. Highly recommend all of them.

\Gary’s Service technicians are always kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Marcus came today and was very charming. Ask if I had any issues answered any of my questions and, since it was raining, even put coverings on his shoes so he would not damage any of my flooring. I always feel safe with all of Gary‘s Technicians who have come to my house to check my units twice a year. I am always pleased with the service I receive.

Great experience. Justin was very professional and friendly. Came out in the afternoon, discovered I needed a new fan motor, had one delivered and finished in less than an hour. I highly recommend this company!!!

Our furnace stopped working on Thanksgiving, and we were worried about the cold weather. We called Snow Bear, and they responded immediately, offering fast and efficient service even on a holiday. The technician arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had our heater up and running in no time. The service was affordable, and the technician was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. We were so relieved to have our heating system working again just in time for Thanksgiving dinner!
