SUREGLOW STOVE & CHIMNEY REVIEWS

Shane from SureGlow came to install an igniter in our direct vent gas fireplace today. He performed the job quickly and even replaced a switch that was going bad. He had previously done a fireplace sweep and identified several issues we needed to address. The price he quoted for the work was reasonable and it will be completed in a timely manner. He was respectful, communicated clearly, and provided photographic evidence of the issues he identified. Thank you, Shane, for doing such a good job.

SureGlows installation service was very professionally completed. They took time to help replace trim boards prior to taking measurements for the fabrication of the new chase top. They were very punctual and their installer Mike was great. He was patient and explained all the processes that were being done and why things are done while I watched him work. He event went above and did some special requests while he was there like additional strapping to the stove pipe and caulking additional areas. I would recommend this company to anyone after my experience today.

I had an absolutely incredible experience with SureGlow. I had Caleb come to my house for a cleaning and inspection. He was very considerate and explained every step of the process as he went along. When it came to talking about work that needed to be done on the fireplace he thoroughly went through all the options of repairing as opposed to a stove or gas insert. He was honest about the pros and cons of all and at no point to I feel pressured into any purchase. Just good people helping with my fireplace and I like that.

We needed brick repair on our chimney done and Corbin and the crew did a great job. We also had them install a new gas insert to our fireplace along with new chimney liners. Ian was very thorough in explaining the project to us before we hired Full Service to do the work. They are professional and comprehensive in their approach to their work. The end product was outstanding!

We recently had an inspection and repairs made to our chimney. We also purchased a gas fireplace insert through Full Service Chimney. The workers were very professional and did a great job. We would use them again, and recommend the company to others needing

Ian was very nice, professional, and easy to talk to. He showed us on his computer in detail the things he felt was needed to be done. He described in detail each step and the products being used. He discussed costs and the amount of time it would take to do the job. It was a good experience for myself and my wife.

We hired Chim-Chimnee Sweeps to clean our air ducts. Their customer service is fantastic from my first call inquiring about service to them working in my home. They were patient and kind with answering my questions before and during my appointment. Their pricing is fair. They did a great job.

Just had a visit from these guys - was amazing. I'm a new home owner so he answered all of my questions about my specific fireplace (what types of fuel it burns, options in terms of gas conversion of the unit etc). There was a bit of a miscommunication in terms of price, but they honored my thoughts on it, which was really appreciated. I ended up having them chimney sweep and then install a Gas starter. These guys were second call I made - first place I called never answered/returned my calls...so called these guys and they called me back in less than 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.

My husband had one company come out and they didn’t clean, and barley inspected the fireplace. Just said we needed 2k in repairs. We had Justin and Steve come out and they confirmed that the first quy was about as honest as a used car dealer. They took the time to explain things, showed pictures, and voiced concerns. We will be using them every year for our fireplace. If you’re looking for honest work that’s quality and reliable I would highly suggest them. Family owned and a local business.
