Ian was very thorough in explaining the project to us before we hired Full Service to do the work. They are professional and comprehensive in their approach to their work. Just had a visit from these guys - was amazing. I'm a new home owner so he answered all of my questions about my specific fireplace (what types of fuel it burns, options in terms of gas conversion of the unit etc). There was a bit of a miscommunication in terms of price, but they honored my thoughts on it, which was really appreciated. I ended up having them chimney sweep and then install a Gas starter. These guys were second call I made - first place I called never answered/returned my calls...so called these guys and they called me back in less than 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend.
