I have just started using Computer Solutions and had the opportunity to meet with Larry at my home the other day. I was having some issues with my e-mails and also had a few questions regarding my general computer maintenance and possible home security camera set up. Larry was such a friendly and knowledgeable person. He eased my mind as to whether I had chosen a good company to entrust my computer services with.....I truly enjoyed our conversation and feel that I made a good decision. I look forward to our continued business relationship.

I have been a client of Computer Solutions for almost 10 years. These computer experts are the best. They have done a lot of advising, trouble shooting, and explaining to me over the years. They work miracles and educate those of us who are not tech savvy. They do their work with humor and patience. I have used them to advise me on a new computer purchase, on virus software and password systems and they helped me set up my email on my mobile phone. Also, they dispose of my old electronics. Hire them! They are the best.

Just finished having Larry help with a transition from a Mac to a PC. It is a bit of a challenge to make this conversion. I am not totally computer illiterate, however there were some unclear steps. Larry is very knowledgeable and has the ability to dumb down the process while not talking down to you as a customer. He followed up a couple of times to make sure that I didn't have any more issues. Very prompt in responses. I would recommend Larry and Computer Solutions.

I can confidently say I won’t be going anywhere else in the future. This locally owned shop offers everything you need with a level of expertise and personal attention that is unmatched. A special shout-out goes to Darius, who truly went above and beyond to help me. His knowledge of computers is impressive—he diagnosed and fixed issues quickly, explained everything clearly, and provided outstanding customer service that made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare these days to find someone so genuinely invested in making sure you leave completely satisfied. If you’re looking to make a new purchase, needing expert advice, a repair, or any type of computer-related service, Direct Computer Outlet is the place to go. Thanks again to everybody at the store for making this such a great experience.

I have been trusting Direct Computer for many years. Three years ago, they have repaired a broken power connector on my laptop saving me a HUGE headache. No hardware change, so no data migration, like would have been necessary if they couldn’t have repaired the circuit board inside the laptop. I’ve bought at least 6 computers over the last few years and have always been pleased with the cost savings, quality of selection and courteous, professionalism of the staff.

Really great service and guys! Very affordable prices and they’re always willing to give a good deal. They provide great services to fix your laptops as well.

Well it's good to have a professional in your corner no matter what kind of project you're working on. So I know a guy if you need help with your PC lol. This guy was great at getting us where we needed to be on our computer, just a fantastic guy, very professional and courteous. $218 and the problem was solved. I think his name was Michael, anyway I hope this review helped you with your decision whether or not to use this guy, I definitely will be using him again should I need the service again.

Michael is patient, understanding, and supportive of his clients He takes time to make sure you understand what you want to know about your computer. I plan to take classes to help me learn about basic computer skills, from Michael.

Michael was very nice and was able to see me next day to fix my sons laptop, I already knew what needed to be done but he was able to execute. Will be back for any PC problems.
