We've been using Oliver Twist Chimney Sweep for a while now, and they've always been great. The technicians are professional, polite, and easy to work with. Their prices are fair, and I really appreciate that their recommendations are always honest—never pushy. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs chimney cleaning, especially if you use your fireplace regularly or even just a few times a year.

Scheduling and communication were prompt and convenient. My technician, Charlie showed up on time and went above and beyond to make sure all my chimneys were clean and working properly. He even rearranged the next customer’s appointment to make sure he had enough time to thoroughly clean and inspect all of the chimneys. There was no mess left when he was done, like he hadn’t even been there except for clean and safe chimneys. I would highly recommend this company for any of your chimney or fireplace needs.

Job done was a cleaning and a new chase flashing install with collar. Had a problem with my stove pipe after install of chase flashing.Owner personally along with Charlie the installer came back to make things right. I feel much better after things were corrected. I would definitely use them again. Thank you.

We were very happy with the service provided by Empire Chimney Sweep. After the inspection we were given a detailed list of what needed to be fixed. The technician was professional and quickly completed the inspection and cleaning of our fireplace as well as some outside replacement issues.

We hired Empire Chimney Sweep to install a new gas fireplace in our home. They were easy to communicate with; they did their work as scheduled; and they were very efficient and friendly on site. I recommend them highly.

The chimney pipes needed to be completely replaced due to previous owners not installing it correctly. Sweeps Chimney did an excellent job in replacing the pipes and rebuilding the whole system in a timely manner. I was very happy with their work.

I’m so excited that I found this company! They were extremely professional, prompt and had great communication and I was very happy with the skills of their technicians that came out and cleaned my fireplace which hadn’t been cleaned in probably over 10 years. I feel a lot safer, knowing that we are burning in a clean fireplace again. I definitely am going to be using them every season to make sure our fireplace flus are clean and free of soot and ash.

Tyler and Ashton were professional, knowledgeable and polite. It was a pleasure to meet two young men that obviously care about their work. Complete cleaning process was done in 45 minutes. Hotshot Chimney Sweep is definitely our business of choice going forward.
