This is the second time we have used Alpha Roofing. The first time was a few years ago, to re-roof our guest house. There were a few minor issues but the roofing work was fine, so we went with Mario and his crew to re-roof our entire main house this year, as their bid continued to be competitive. There were no issues at all this time and the work was excellent - our contractor, working on repairs to the outside of the house, agreed. The whole crew was hard-working. Those who interacted with us, Mario and his two sons Michael and Jacob, and also Jonathan were courteous and highly communicative. There were no delays and cleanup was thorough. We had low profile O'hagin vents installed for attic ventilation, the Fire and Ice version as we are in a high wildfire risk location, these are small so there are many of them but they blend nicely as shown in the pic. The work also came with a 50-Year warranty from GAF, and a 10-year labor warranty from Alpha roofing, both transferable to the next owneras Alpha roofing is a GAF certified installer.

I recently had Alpha Roofing replace my detached garage's flat roof, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. Sometimes when calling trades you get poor response time but Mario and Elsy were always very diligent about responding to me. The new roof looks fantastic, and I have peace of mind knowing it’s backed by a solid 10-year warranty. As an added bonus, they even went above and beyond by offering to fix a couple broken tiles on my main roof at no extra charge. I highly recommend Alpha Roofing for their outstanding service and attention to detail.
