Our experience with Blackburn Chimneys was excellent. Communication was outstanding through the whole process leading up to the actual appointment. They showed up on time, walked us through everything they were doing, provided options on fixes and cleaned up everything before they left. We have already scheduled follow up work to be done. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. Highly recommend.

Blackburn’s did a great job with my chimney cleaning. The technician, Jamie, was very thorough in his work. He was polite, personable, and extremely professional. Since I had not used my fireplace in several years, he was very helpful in retraining me on operating the gas logs, opening and closing the damper, etc. I would definitely ask for Jamie on my next call to Blackburn’s Chimney Cleaning Services. Blackburns chimney is amazing!! Brenda was able to help me get things squared away where I could get my chimney fixed right away. They knew we didn’t have hot water, and acted very quickly. The 2 service staff were very polite and helpful! This company went above and beyond for us. We are very grateful and I highly recommend going to Blackburns for all of your chimney needs!
