I have always had great customer service, and every technician who has visited over the years has been professional and very knowledgeable. This was the first time I had my air ducts cleaned. The the technician Chris was very thorough and explained the entire process beforehand and followed up with pictures and video of the before and after. I highly recommend this company. I have been a customer for the past 3 years. My mom has been a customer for over 20! Fantastic!

It had been a long time since our ducts had been cleaned so while we were at the Home and Garden Show we talked with the guy at Fire & Ice HVAC and decided to go with them for cleaning. The tech that came out was polite and professional spending about 3 hours cleaning the ducts. He showed me the before and after camera shots, it made a big difference. We waited about a week to see how the house felt and the air seems a lot cleaner. My wife has a dust allergy and the cleaning made a big difference.
