I just had 2 men come out from Columbus Worthington Air to do a complete install of a gas furnace and Central air. It was the most professional job that I have seen in a long time. These men went out of their way to be careful in my house and do a good install and took a good 30 minutes explaining the thermostat and the app to me so that when I am not around I can still monitor everything in my house. I just want to say thank you so very much for the work that was done. and I greatly appreciate you. I would recommend this company to everybody. Like some of the other people have said they may not be the cheapest, but the quality of work is the best of the best in heating and cooling. Sent from Crooksville, Ohio.

Jake came to tune up my furnace and it was a very positive interaction. He was very friendly, courteous, kind and very knowledgeable about his work. He arrived as promised and put on shoe covers before entering. My furnace was blowing out cool air instead of heat. He immediately identified and resolved the issue without any hesitation. He tuned up the furnace and checked everything thoroughly. Jake took time to explain and answer my questions. He enjoys his job and loves helping people.

The installation team really came in and handled business, I received a call that they were on their way, and once arrived they started work immediately. The install was neat and looked really good. The only complaint for me was the sharp metal shaving that were left in the carpet. Other then that I am completely satisfied.

We noticed we had a problem with our heating system at 4PM, and they were able to get both a technician and a sales consultant out the same evening. I have always had great customer service, and every technician who has visited over the years has been professional and very knowledgeable. This was the first time I had my air ducts cleaned. The the technician Chris was very thorough and explained the entire process beforehand and followed up with pictures and video of the before and after. I highly recommend this company. It had been a long time since our ducts had been cleaned so while we were at the Home and Garden Show we talked with the guy at Fire & Ice HVAC and decided to go with them for cleaning. The tech that came out was polite and professional spending about 3 hours cleaning the ducts. He showed me the before and after camera shots, it made a big difference. We waited about a week to see how the house felt and the air seems a lot cleaner. My wife has a dust allergy and the cleaning made a big difference.

I recently had a problem with a cold draft in my home entryway - making it hard to enjoy time in the family room. I reached out to Fire & Ice to see if they could help, and I’m so glad they were able to install a heating vent exactly where I needed it. It’s made such a big difference - Billy was great, he explained the process and I’m very happy with his work.

Heath did an excellent job for us. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to go through everything so we had a good understanding of what is was testing and then the results. Will continue to work with Fire and Ice and will recommend to our family and friends
