Scheduling was easy. Filled out an online form and got a call few hours later. Madison, the scheduler, was kind and informative and efficient. Was scheduled a month out but also put on the cancellation list and ended up being serviced the next day. Emilio, the technician, was polite and informative as well. Didn’t leave any trace of his presence, besides a clean chimney. Highly recommend this company.

Emilio was very professional in his work. He explained his process and communicated his findings in an easy to understand manner. Great people skills too. Additionally, Madison, who helped me set up the service, was equally as good. I went with Flubrothers because of their professional approach and I am very pleased with their service.

Their communication prior to the appointment was amazing. I had email, text, and call to give me a heads up when they would be arriving. Emilio and Sergio were thorough and respectful to keep everything clean.
