Imperial Garden is the best hole-in-the-wall Chinese place in Thousand Oaks Area. They have a unique authentic Chinese vibe that makes you feel cozy. Imperial Garden offers a vast menu with plenty of vegetarian and gluten-free options. The restaurant is comfortable and pretty good-sized, so it would work well for a larger group too. They have an extensive menu with a lot of different items. They offer contact-free delivery as well as drive-thru and pick up.

This is a wonderful restaurant. Great food, great people. We’ve dined in a couple of times and the food, again, is really flavorful, and the give you more than you could ever eat. Where they have gone above and beyond, however, is take out. Twice now, WE have made mistakes on our call-in/online orders; once we forgot a main dish and the second, we ordered the wrong soup. Doh! On the forgotten dish, we called and ordered what we had missed. They delivered it so we didn’t have to drive back over. What How great is that On the wrong soup thing; they just GAVE us the correct soup and let us keep the stuff we ordered in error. These are good people and the place is hopping.

I eat here a lot, about 50% of the time I place the order to go. I've tried at least half or more of the items on their menu. The food quality is fantastic, authentic, the portions are GARGANTUAN and for the prices they charge - tremendous value/quite reasonable! The House Special Fried Rice is 1 of my Favs. In the Fall/Winter their Soups are wonderful - Egg Flower is unique...Hard to go wrong ordering anything on their menu - I've NEVER had a bad experience and I always look forward to the next time I eat here.

Absolutely hands down, the best Orange Chicken ever! Nicely breaded lightly with a slight crunch to the batter. Will never go anywhere else ever. New customer for life!.

IMPERIAL GARDEN CHINESE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

I asked for the house recommendations and they knew what to suggest! Among many tasty items, the crispy walnut/maple shrimp was a little sweet and salty, and perfectly crunchy. What sealed the deal was the service. I could see the pride that the staff took in the food, and I appreciated their warm smiles. Will go again next time I’m in the neighborhood!.

Dinner was fabulous. We ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken and Broccoli Beef, both were delicious with generous portions. A peaceful atmosphere with friendly and fast service. Thank You!.

Great price , great menu and lots of food per order. One of the few good Chinese restaurants in Thousand Oaks.
